We are looking for friendly, organized, and proactive volunteers to support our booth operations during MIFA 2026 in Annecy, France. From 23rd to 26th of June 2026.
This role is ideal for animation students, young professionals, or anyone interested in networking within the international animation industry.
Responsibilities
During the Event
- Welcome and assist visitors at the booth in a professional and friendly manner.
- Support guest reception and help coordinate meeting schedules.
- Remind team members about upcoming meetings and assist with guest check-ins while they wait.
- Help maintain the reception area, including organizing brochures, flyers, and promotional materials fairly among participating companies.
- Take event photos throughout the day and upload them daily to the shared Drive folder for the Vietnam PR team.
- Coordinate booth shifts with the other volunteer assigned to the same booth.
- Ensure proper handover before leaving your shift. Volunteers must not leave the booth unattended before the next person arrives.
Before the Event
- Join the main communication group to stay updated on participating companies and attending team members.
- Familiarize yourself with the companies, projects, and basic information in order to assist visitors and answer general questions.
- Help update and manage meeting schedules on Google Sheets.
Schedule
Volunteers will work in half-day shifts shared with another volunteer.
Shift schedules can be arranged flexibly between volunteers.
On event days, volunteers are required to arrive early at the booth to collect their official MIFA badge.
Benefits
- 1 official MIFA Pass for each volunteer (approximate value: €500)
- €500 allowance in cash to be used for: Transportation allowance (typically around €100 from Paris), Lodging (€50-80 per night), Food and beverage (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)

- Approximately 50% free time outside shifts to enjoy MIFA 2026 and the Annecy International Animation Film Festival

Compensation & Notes
- Compensation/allowances will be provided in cash.
- The position is volunteer-based.
- Allowance will be provided on the last day of the shift.
